1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the UltraMedia UK platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision, you must discontinue use immediately. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and UltraMedia UK Ltd.
2. Service Overview
UltraMedia UK operates as an independent digital streaming intermediary. We provide technical infrastructure and access credentials that allow users to view publicly available internet streams. We do not host, store, transmit, or distribute any media content, video files, or broadcast material on our servers.
Our service includes:
- Access to aggregated streaming links and playlists
- Electronic Programme Guide (EPG) data
- Customer account management tools
- Technical support services
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
- All information provided is accurate and complete
- You will maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
4. Acceptable Use
Users agree to use our platform responsibly and lawfully. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Redistributing, selling, or sharing account credentials beyond permitted connections
- Recording, downloading, or archiving streams for redistribution
- Using the service for public performances, commercial venues, or broadcasting
- Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit our systems

5. Subscription & Billing
Payment: All fees are payable in advance. We accept debit/credit cards, PayPal, and selected cryptocurrencies.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
Refunds: Prorated refunds may be issued at our discretion if technical issues cannot be resolved within 48 hours of reporting. Trial subscriptions are non-refundable.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 14 days’ advance notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, channel names, broadcaster logos, and media content accessed through our platform remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. UltraMedia UK claims no ownership over any third-party content.
Our website design, branding, software, and proprietary systems are protected by copyright and may not be copied without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
UltraMedia UK shall not be liable for:
- Service interruptions caused by third-party stream providers
- Content availability changes or channel removals
- Damages arising from unauthorised account sharing
- Issues resulting from user equipment or internet connectivity
- Any claim exceeding the amount paid for the current subscription period
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. No refunds are guaranteed upon voluntary cancellation.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
10. Amendments
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
